- Provides a way to re-build credit scores and accumulate a larger down
payment before they need to qualify for a mortgage

HOW
How does RTO work?

FIND – once pre-approved for RTO, together we start looking for a house

LIVE – enjoy living in the home of your dreams while building the credit or saving money

BUY – at the end of the term, you buy your home at the pre-determined price and become the home owner
